A maritime entertainment company located in Sandton is seeking a Broadcast Technician to set up and maintain audio and video equipment for live broadcasts on a cruise ship. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years' experience, strong technical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams. This role requires flexibility to work irregular hours and travel for extended periods, ensuring high-quality broadcast execution.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Broadcast Technician.
- Strong technical knowledge of audio and video equipment and systems.
- Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain audio and video equipment for live broadcasts.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide on-site support.
- Collaborate with production team for smooth operation.
Skills
- Set up and maintain all audio and video equipment for live broadcasts, including cameras, microphones, lighting, and control systems onboard the cruise ship
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide on-site support during broadcasts

Requirements:
