The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in installing access control systems and security cameras, performing fault finding, maintaining and expanding our client base, and upselling integration solutions to existing clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and Maintenance:
• Install, configure, and maintain access control systems and security cameras.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal performance of security systems.
• Fault Finding:
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to network systems, access control, and security cameras.
• Implement effective solutions to resolve issues promptly.
• Client Base Management:
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients.
• Upselling Integration Solutions:
• Identify opportunities to upsell integration solutions to existing clients.
• Present and demonstrate the benefits of advanced integration solutions to clients.
• Technical Expertise:
• Utilize expertise in PSIRA, A+, N+, MikroTik, IP networks, and camera systems.
• Apply knowledge of project management and experience with Asana software to ensure project success.
