Job summary
A leading camp organization is seeking a Food Service Manager to oversee the food service program, plan menus, and manage kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will have a degree in food service or equivalent experience and strong supervisory skills. This role allows you to share Christ's love with youth and families while ensuring high standards in food service operations.

- Degree in food service or equivalent.
- Supervisory experience in food service required.
- Strong organizational skills necessary.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the food service program.
- Plan menus and create new recipes.
- Inspect kitchens for safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications: Degree in food service or equivalent in food service experience. Supervisory experience in food service. Gifts in organization, administration and service.
Responsibilities include: Oversee the food service program. Plan all menus and create new food ideas and recipes. Keep current inventories of food and supplies in all kitchens and food storage areas. Inspect all kitchens and food storage areas weekly for safety, equipment placement and cleanliness. Purchase kitchen supplies and equipment. Coordinate, supervise, hire and train all food service staff (i.e. kitchen workers, food delivery drivers, full-time cooks, summer cooks).
