A leading HR solutions provider in Cape Town is seeking an Incident Manager to oversee the lifecycle of IT incidents. The ideal candidate will have ITIL Foundation certification and 1-2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in both German and English at a C1 level is essential. As an Incident Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of IT incidents from initial report through to resolution. You will utilize your technical knowledge and ITIL foundation to handle incidents with precision and reliability, maintaining high standards of customer service.
