Training and Development

• Conduct automotive trade theory training
• Facilitate learning according to predetermined lesson frameworks, engaging learners in an interactive 360° learning methodology
• Use tactile learning methodologies through demonstrations and displays
• Utilize media and presentations on CDX and other platforms for learning stimuli
• Implement a variety of interactive assessments and CDX to determine competence
• Apply innovative and rational learning methodologies, including spontaneous and "out of the box" approaches
• Ensure learning aligns with assessments and prepares learners effectively for them
• Maintain discipline and respect in the learning environment
• Be prepared to work overtime or in emergencies without notice, as required by the company's business needs

Automotive Practical Training

• Adhere to occupational health and safety rules and regulations
• Facilitate learning according to lesson frameworks
• Engage learners in an interactive 360° learning methodology
• Use tactile methodologies through demonstrations and displays
• Support learners during practical engagements and provide ample practical practice opportunities under supervision
• Use interactive assessments to evaluate reflexive competence
• Apply innovative and rational learning methodologies, including spontaneous and "out of the box" approaches
• Align learning with assessments to ensure learners are well prepared
• Maintain discipline and respect in the practical learning environment

Administration of Training

• Complete training registers daily
• Sign off all assessments, reports, and learning activities weekly
• Ensure learner files are completed and submitted via AMS or to the administration office weekly
• Apply the same standards for trade test preparation as for theory and practical training, including administration processes

Qualifications and Experience

• Preferably hold accreditation as a facilitator, assessor, and moderator
• Strong technical background
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as an ETDP
• At least 3 years in a management and/or leadership role
