Role Overview

The CEO will be responsible for leading and overseeing the overall strategic direction, financial performance, and operational excellence of the company. The CEO will ensure the successful execution of the company’s vision and mission in the mobile money industry, driving financial inclusion, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in financial services, fintech, mobile payments, and digital transformation, with a hands-on approach.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or related field; MBA or postgraduate degree preferred.
  • 5-8 years of executive leadership experience in fintech, banking, telecommunications, or mobile financial services.
  • Proven success in leading high-growth businesses, scaling mobile money operations, and promoting digital financial inclusion.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, AML/KYC requirements, and risk management.

  • Drive expansion strategies with banks, telecoms, merchants, and financial institutions.
