  • Build lasting stakeholder relationships (UJ, investors, clients, board).
  • Be a visible champion of our brand, values, and training excellence.
  • A postgraduate qualification (preferably in Engineering or Business).
  • 10 years in leadership, with 5 at executive level in the education / training sector.
  • Proven P&L responsibility for operations exceeding R100 million.
  • Strong business and academic acumen.
