Job summary
A luxury hospitality management firm in Cape Town is seeking a Floor Manager to ensure the delivery of world-class service and manage staff effectively. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role and previous luxury brand experience. Responsibilities include overseeing floor operations and maintaining high standards of guest relations. Own transport is required.

- Ability to manage staff effectively and handle operational procedures.
