Responsibilities
- Preparing and maintaining financial records accurately.
- Managing accounting processes including payments and reconciliations.
- Coordinating with internal parties for intercompany activities.
- Monitoring and analyzing financial data for discrepancies.
- Preparing financial reports and annual statements.
- Assisting with company tax preparations.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

- Preparing and maintaining financial records and documents accurately and timeously;
- Responsibility for accounting processes and tasks (payments/fees/general ledger/ account reconciliations);
- Co-ordinating and liaising with internal parties to support intercompany activities;
- Monitoring and analysing financial data to identify discrepancies;
- Preparing/assisting with the preparation of financial and departmental reports/budgets/annual financial statements;
- Assisting with the preparation of company taxes; and
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines affecting the finances of the company.
