Sales & Revenue Generation:
· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
· Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
· Promote salon services and products through various marketing initiatives.
· Manage and track sales targets and commission structures.

Staff Management:
· Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of beauticians, therapists, and front-desk staff.
· Create work schedules, manage employee performance, and conduct performance reviews.
· Foster a positive and motivating work environment.

Customer Service & Operations:
· Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
· Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
· Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming salon environment.
· Manage inventory of salon products and supplies.

Financial Management:
· Oversee daily salon operations, including financial transactions and reporting.
· Manage expenses, track revenue, and prepare financial reports.

Marketing & Promotions:
· Plan and execute promotional activities to attract new customers.
· Utilize social media and other platforms for marketing and advertising.
· Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective campaigns.

Compliance:
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
· Maintain accurate records of staff, inventory, and financial transactions.
