A marketing agency in Singapore is looking for an experienced Events Manager to oversee corporate events and lead marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for planning and executing events (both in-person and digital), driving stakeholder collaboration, and developing branding strategies. The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of experience in event marketing, preferably in the banking or financial services sector, and must possess strong communication, project management, and analytical skills. Familiarity with event management software and digital marketing platforms is essential.
Events Management
Plan and execute corporate events (in-person, digital, hybrid).
Handle end-to-end logistics: venue, vendors, budgeting, registration, onsite management, post-event reporting.
Drive internal/external communications and stakeholder collaboration.
Segment Marketing Campaigns
Develop branding strategies for corporate segments.
Lead initiatives for brand building, lead generation, and product launches.
Create thought leadership content and measure campaign success.
Awards & Content Management
Manage content calendar, social media amplification, and campaign assets.
Coordinate internal comms, awards submissions, and client case studies.
Oversee budget discipline.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
Promote events via social platforms (LinkedIn, search, third-party).
Implement lead capture and nurturing strategies.
Analytics & Performance
Collect post-event data, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
Industry Knowledge & Innovation
Stay updated on trends and recommend new event formats and technologies.
Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related.
Experience: 8–10 years in event marketing (preferably banking/financial services).
