We're seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join our team at Labrador House and Labrador Villa, unique hospitality destinations located within Singapore's Labrador Nature Reserve. This role encompasses all creative work across our brand, including ASU (progressive Asian fine dining), KYNN (Modern Asian), our day-to-night Lounge, and hotel operations.

The Role
We're looking for a Marketing Executive who understands that luxury is not about volume, it's about resonance. You'll shape how we communicate our story across all touchpoints, translating the essence of our culinary sanctuary into campaigns, content, and connections that speak to sophisticated, wellness-minded audiences.
This role requires someone who can balance creative vision with commercial acumen. You'll work across multiple dining concepts and hotel operations, ensuring every piece of communication reflects our commitment to refinement, authenticity, and meaningful guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Storytelling
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that honor the unique identity of each venue while maintaining cohesive brand expression across Labrador House and Labrador Villa
- Craft campaigns that position us as a vital touchpoint in guests' broader wellness journeys, from preventative care to maintenance
- Translate complex culinary concepts and wellness philosophies into compelling stories for diverse audiences
- Maintain brand integrity across all channels, ensuring consistency in voice, aesthetic, and guest experience messaging
Digital Marketing & Content Strategy
- Oversee digital presence across all platforms, including website content, email campaigns, and social media (Instagram, Facebook, RedNote)
- Develop platform-specific content strategies that engage affluent, culturally curious audiences
- Create and manage content calendars aligned with seasonal menu changes, wellness programming, and special events
- Optimize campaign performance through data analysis, adjusting strategies based on engagement metrics and ROI
Public Relations & Partnership Development
- Build and nurture relationships with media, influencers, lifestyle publications, and industry tastemakers
- Coordinate press releases, media invitations, and editorial features showcasing our culinary and wellness offerings
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with luxury brands, wellness practitioners, and cultural organizations
- Represent the brand at industry events and networking opportunities
Campaign Execution & Event Marketing
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for seasonal launches, wellness-focused events, and culinary collaborations
- Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to develop promotions that enhance rather than discount the brand experience
- Coordinate photography, videography, and content creation for all marketing initiatives
- Manage event marketing from concept through execution, ensuring seamless alignment with brand standards
Guest Engagement & Retention
- Work with operations to develop guest programs and loyalty initiatives that deepen relationships with returning guests
- Analyze guest feedback and preferences to refine marketing approaches and dining experiences
- Create personalized communication strategies for high-value guests and special occasions
- Monitor and respond to online reviews and guest feedback with care and professionalism
Market Intelligence
- Track competitive landscape, dining trends, and wellness movements relevant to our positioning
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for brand growth and guest acquisition
- Stay informed about luxury hospitality innovations and evolving guest expectations
- Provide insights to leadership on market dynamics affecting the business
Qualifications
Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field
- 3–5 years of marketing experience in luxury hospitality, wellness brands, premium lifestyle companies, or fine dining establishments
- Demonstrated success managing brand marketing for sophisticated, experience-driven businesses
- Understanding of Asian luxury market preferences and cultural nuances strongly preferred
Technical Proficiency
- Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO best)
- Proficiency with email marketing systems (Mailchimp, Brevo, Klaviyo, or similar), CRM platforms, and social media management tools
- Strong content creation skills; ability to brief and collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers
- Comfortable with analytics dashboards and translating data into actionable insights
Strategic & Creative Capabilities
- Exceptional storytelling ability with sophisticated aesthetic sensibility
- Understanding of luxury brand positioning and what distinguishes premium from aspirational
- Ability to create marketing that attracts rather than persuades, invites rather than sells
- Experience developing campaigns for affluent audiences who value authenticity and substance
