Job summary

A consulting firm in Singapore seeks a marketing support professional to execute digital and non-digital marketing initiatives. Job description
  • Up to $4,000 per month
  • Immediate - 31 May 2026, subject to renewal
  • Lavender MRT / Site as required
  • Mon - Fri, office hours Due to nature of events, additional hours may be expected, compensable in time-off
Responsibilities
  • Support planning and execution of integrated digital and non-digital marketing for Arts initiatives across social media, website, media buys, influencers, and traditional media.
  • Manage and grow official social media channels, curate content, track trends, and drive online engagement.
  • Coordinate with PR agencies to source content, execute campaigns, and ensure clear, accurate communications.
  • Work with vendors on website updates, conceptualisation of digital strategies, creatives, collaterals, and branding materials.
  • Assist in end-to-end project and event management, including procurement, logistics, vendor management, on-site quality control, and pre/post-event support.
  • Handle administrative, reporting, and documentation duties, including data analysis, presentations, AARs, and readiness to work evenings/weekends when required.
Requirements
  • Possesses minimum a Diploma with 3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing tools, content management systems, and basic analytics.
  • Comfortable with operational support, administrative tasks, and flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
