We are seeking a highly capable and motivated individual to join our team as a Product & Marketing Executive, overseeing full-spectrum product management, marketing strategy, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Product Management
- Manage the entire product line life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical execution.
- Support product positioning, branding, and customer demand analysis to ensure strong market alignment.
- Guide product development from concept through launch, collaborating with engineering, design, and commercial teams.
- Evaluate product functionalities, performance metrics, and customer adoption; propose enhancements based on market insights and feedback.
- Develop product roadmaps, feature prioritisation frameworks, and launch strategies.
Market Research & Growth Strategy
- Conduct market research studies to explore emerging technologies, competitor offerings, and new product opportunities.
- Research and analyse potential partner relationships, including OEMs, distributors, and technology collaborators.
- Generate and evaluate ideas to expand market share, improve customer experience, and drive sustainable growth.
- Prepare and oversee the development of business proposals, feasibility assessments, and market entry reports.
Marketing & Communications
- Lead end-to-end marketing activities, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and positioning.
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.
- Produce high-quality marketing materials, product content, and technical collateral.
- Track campaign performance and optimise outreach strategies based on analytics.
Social Media & Content Creation
- Plan and manage all social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook etc.).
- Create engaging photo and video content to showcase products, brand identity, and company milestones.
- Manage community interactions and drive organic audience growth.
- Maintain a well‑organised content library aligned with brand guidelines.
E-Commerce & Shopify Operations
- Oversee Shopify backend operations, including product listing setup, description writing, SEO optimisation, and store merchandising.
- Monitor inventory status, pricing accuracy, and product availability.
- Coordinate logistics partners to ensure efficient order fulfilment.
- Track store analytics (conversion rate, abandoned carts, traffic sources) and propose improvements to enhance sales performance.
Requirements
Native Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Bachelor’s degree in any of these faculties:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Programming & Systems Analysis
- Science (Computer Studies)
- 1–4 years of experience in product management, marketing, e-commerce, or digital content creation.
- Strong proficiency in Shopify, content creation tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, CapCut), and social media platforms.
- Excellent visual storytelling, photography/videography skills, and copywriting ability.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and customer behaviour.
- Detail‑oriented, self‑driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in B2B, defence, tactical gear, or advanced materials industries is a plus (but not required).
