We’re looking for a creative, driven, and organised Content Creator & Marketing Executive to join our team and bring our brand stories to life across social media, digital platforms, and offline campaigns.

🎨 Role Overview

As a Content Creator & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing engaging content that speaks to families, working professionals, and modern food lovers. You’ll work closely with our founders, kitchen operations team, designers, and photographers to produce daily and weekly content for launches, menus, campaigns, and social media.

🧠 Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
  • Develop high-quality content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, website, emails, and ads
  • Plan, film, and edit short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) featuring food, behind-the-scenes kitchen shots, and customer stories
  • Coordinate photo/video shoots—menu launches, kids’ meals, chef interviews, product features
  • Write compelling captions, scripts, marketing copy, and campaign narratives
Marketing & Campaigns
  • Plan and execute monthly marketing calendars
  • Strategize and manage paid social ads and performance reporting
  • Support new product/brand launches (e.g., new meal plans, festive menus, kid campaigns)
  • Create landing pages, newsletters, and promotional materials
  • Monitor social trends, competitor campaigns, and customer engagement data
Brand Building
  • Maintain consistent visual identity across brands
  • Help build brand communities—UGC, parenting groups, family-focused content
  • Engage customers authentically through stories, comments, and DMs
📌 Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management
  • Strong skills in video editing (CapCut/Premiere/Final Cut) & basic graphic design (Canva/Adobe)
  • Excellent command of English; ability to write fun, emotional, and persuasive copy
  • Creative eye for aesthetics, food styling, and storytelling
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with daily deadlines
  • Bonus: Experience in F&B, family/kids brands, or lifestyle brands
💡 Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
  • Basic photography
  • Experience running ads on Meta/TikTok
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or simple CMS tools
  • Ability to plan and manage influencers/UGC creators
  • TikTok-native thinking: trends, hooks, scripts
