A leading hospitality management company in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager, Brand and Marketing to support strategic marketing initiatives. The role involves planning and executing integrated campaigns, localizing brand initiatives, and collaborating with teams to enhance brand identity. Candidates should have at least 4–6 years of experience in marketing, strong project management skills, and proficiency in digital marketing tools. The Assistant Manager, Brand and Marketing supports the strategic and operational marketing initiatives for The Ascott Limited’s Singapore Cluster. This role develops and executes integrated brand campaigns, digital and social contents, partnership activations and on-property marketing initiatives that strengthen brand equity, drive awareness and support commercial goals across Ascott’s portfolio of brands. The incumbent will collaborate closely with cluster properties, the regional marketing team and appointed agencies to ensure brand alignment and consistent delivery of marketing and communication objectives. He or she will report directly to the Manager, Brand and Marketing.
