- Communicating with Car Sales Consultants and the finance department to acquire necessary documentation for bank loans, car insurances, etc
- Ensuring the accuracy of sales-related data
- Maintaining daily sales and stock balance record
- Data Entry & Data Cleaning
- Generate Excel Reports
- Providing daily reports to management and stakeholders
- Assist in the COE registration & bidding processes
- Liaise with stakeholders for car registration and delivery allocation
- Ad-hoc assign task
- A diploma in Business, Information Technology or related discipline
- Proficiency in in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge
- Meticulous, attention to detail
- Competency in Sharepoint for efficient document management and collaboration
- 2 Years of working experience or a fresh graduate are welcome
