  • Relationship Building: Cultivating long-term relationships with regular customers and corporate clients for repeat business.
  • After-Sales Support: Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather valuable feedback.
  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with the operations team to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
