We are a fast-growing gym in Outram Park, providing a professional training space for freelance personal trainers and clients. We’re looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our team and help us expand our community by driving lead generation and membership sales.

The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and supporting front-of-house operations. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, confident in sales conversations, and passionate about fitness.

• Generate new leads through outreach, referrals, social media, events, and walk-ins
• Follow up with leads consistently and book trial sessions
• Convert trial participants into paying clients and members
• Track sales, leads, and performance metrics using internal systems
• Assist with front-of-house duties (welcoming walk-ins, handling inquiries, basic admin support)
• Represent the gym professionally and uphold service standards

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable with sales targets and KPIs
• Proactive, organised, and able to work independently
• Prior sales or customer-facing experience preferred (fitness industry experience is a plus)
• Passion for health and fitness is an advantage

💰 Estimated Salary Range: SGD $1,000 – $3,000/month (commission-based; earnings tied directly to performance)
