About the Role

You will play a key role in driving KIN’s commercial growth by converting opportunities into secured projects across sports, experiential, and destination builds. This position requires a results-oriented professional with strong commercial instincts, creative proposal skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end sales efforts from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline for sports and experiential projects.
  • Prepare proposals, budgets, and presentations aligned with client goals.
  • Pitch and negotiate with clients, sponsors, and agencies.
  • Identify new business and partnership opportunities in tourism and events.
  • Track and report sales performance and market intelligence.

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
