- Position: Customer Service Officer/ Executive/ Representative (Sales Support)
- Location: Loyang Lane (Direct buses from Bedok, Tampines and Pasir Ris right in front of office)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday - 8.30AM to 5.30PM ; 1 Day WORK FROM HOME Weekly
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,200 + AWS + Performance bonus + 14-18 Days Annual leave + Medical claim

Responsibilities
- Create sales quotation upon request from customers or sales team
- Extend/create Material in SAP
- Perform order entry in SAP ensuring on-time delivery to customers with regular updates on delivery status
- Releasing of shipment for pick/pack. Coordinating with freight forwarders for pickup
- Perform system projects order entry from PO placement with source, logistics handling right up to shipment destinations
- Support Field Service on service order and billing
- Manage quality complaints between customers and source plant
- Raise purchase orders (equipment parts) to source
- Follow-up with source on incoming shipments including system projects
- Ad-hoc activities or administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum GCE A level or Diploma Qualifications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Candidates needs to have mandarin language proficiency to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers.
