Retail Sales Associate (Jewelry) - Changi

Working Days: 5days, 44h/ week, rotational shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Full Shift)

Working Location: Changi Jewel Airport

Responsibilities & Duties

• Daily store operation & housekeeping
• Ensuring daily stock inventory
• Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards
• Attending client inquiries and feedback
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support
• Provide product advice and recommendations
• Assisting client repair request and follow up on the process
• Daily opening and closing (follow company SOP)
• Cash counting
• Opening closing safe box
• Complete task assigned by manager
• Doing basic paperwork, filing & excel sales report
• Daily settlement

Requirements:

• Must be willing to work on retail hours, weekend and public holiday
• Keen in jewellery industry
