Job Summary

You will perform retail sales and stock-taking duties across multiple store locations, manage store opening and closing routines, maintain store cleanliness and product displays, and provide after-sales support to ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct retail sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products to increase sales
  • Perform stock-taking to maintain accurate inventory records and replenish stock as needed
  • Manage daily store opening and closing routines to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store environment to create a welcoming shopping experience
  • Ensure accurate product displays and price tagging to support sales and customer clarity
  • Provide after-sales support including handling exchanges, refunds, and repair services to resolve customer issues
  • Complete basic administrative tasks to support daily store operations
  • Follow company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and operational standards
  • Communicate feedback and updates clearly with the store supervisor to support continuous improvement
  • Support additional tasks assigned by management to meet store needs
Required Competencies and Certifications
  • Prior experience in retail sales to perform core sales and customer service duties effectively
  • Ability to work full day shifts including weekends and public holidays, with off-in-lieu provided, to meet retail scheduling demands
  • Strong communication skills to engage customers and coordinate with team members confidently
  • Capacity to work independently and manage responsibilities without constant supervision
Preferred Competencies and Qualifications
  • Experience in luggage sales to enhance product knowledge and customer recommendations
Other Information
  • Location: Central Region
  • Working Hours: Full-Time, 44-hours work week
  • Salary Range: Basic $1800 to $2200 per month, plus overtime, commission, and $300 monthly allowance
