About the Role

We are seeking a Retail Sales Assistant (Part Time) to support sales operations for lifestyle consumer products at our retail store. This role is suitable for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and providing quality service, including university students and senior citizens looking for stable, long‑term part‑time work.

You will represent smart home and lifestyle brands such as Enabot and Libernovo, guiding customers through product features and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide clear and accurate information on products, features, and pricing
• Demonstrate products and assist customers throughout their shopping experience
• Deliver good customer service and handle basic after‑sales enquiries
• Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately
• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock replenishment, product displays, and maintaining store cleanliness
• Adhere to store SOPs and retail guidelines

Requirements

• Open to university students, mid‑career individuals, and senior citizens seeking stable, long‑term employment
• Comfortable interacting with customers and providing assistance
• Prior retail sales or customer service experience would be an added advantage.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and able to work independently
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Product training provided. Able to work at Outram Park, Singapore
