Singapore - Retail Sales Consultant

Ideal candidates for the role should be a self-starter and enjoy working as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. He/She should be hardworking and have a pro‑active solutions‑oriented and hands‑on approach in handling customers’ requirements. As a retail sales consultant, you will be strategically nestled to work within inspiring settings of designer furniture, housed in an award‑winning architectural showcase that has created a unique presence along Bencoolen Street. You will enjoy opportunities to interact and foster long‑term friendships with high‑profile, high‑powered clients, locally and regionally, tastemakers in the architectural and design fields, and international brand suppliers and designers.

Main Responsibilities

• Handle retail responsibilities, including housekeeping, as well as work with the design community to promote the brands
• Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets
• Fulfill all client briefs and enquiries and respond to all quotations required
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and stay independently updated on competitor’s products and activities
• Support relevant events by assisting in hosting clients and guests, and ensuring the highest level of showroom presentation

Requirements
