  • Support daily store operations including stock replenishment and product displays.

About the Role

We are seeking a Retail Sales Assistant (Part Time) to support sales operations for lifestyle consumer products at our retail store. This role is suitable for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and providing quality service, including university students and senior citizens looking for stable, long-term part-time work.

You will represent smart home and lifestyle brands such as Enabot and Libernovo, guiding customers through product features and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and provide clear and accurate information on products, features, and pricing

  • Demonstrate products and assist customers throughout their shopping experience

  • Deliver good customer service and handle basic after-sales enquiries

  • Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately

  • Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock replenishment, product displays, and maintaining store cleanliness

  • Adhere to store SOPs and retail guidelines

  • Comfortable interacting with customers and providing assistance

  • Prior retail sales or customer service experience would be added advantage.
