A logistics and supply chain company in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage documentation for deliveries and coordinate schedules. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in logistics, 2-3 years of relevant experience, and strong organizational skills. This full-time role includes competitive salary and company benefits such as AWS and transport from designated locations.

Logistics Coordinator
Basic Salary: Up to $3,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Location: Tuas area (Company transport provided from Tuas West Road & Boon Lay)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:45pm

- Process and manage documentation for local and export deliveries.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure accurate order records.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels; conduct stock checks and report discrepancies.
- Prepare shipping labels, packing lists, and documentation for outgoing shipments.
- Verify and record incoming shipments accurately.
- Work closely with warehouse and operations teams for smooth goods movement.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment following company procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
- Diploma, Certificate, or any relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of handheld scanners and computerized warehouse systems.
- Capable of performing physical tasks and able to handle cartons when required.
- Able to perform overtime based on operational needs.
