This role Air Freight Pricing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that maximize profitability and market share within the air freight industry. This role will work closely with the Air Freight General Manager and various teams.
- Negotiate rates with airlines and other air freight providers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pricing and profitability.
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide pricing support and guidance.
- Develop and maintain pricing models and tools.
- Stay current on industry trends and regulations.
- Build strong airline relationships.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in Air Freight pricing.
- Strong understanding of the air freight industry and market dynamics.
- Ready airline connections and relationships.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
