Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chairman/CEO with financial budgets, forecasting, and daily reports monitoring
- Manage procurement processes including RFQ, RFP, purchase orders, and invoice verification
- Research vendors for best pricing and quality
- Prepare reports for Marriott, insurance, and government agencies
- Handle queries related to finance, invoices, orders, and transactions
- Coordinate government grants and ensure compliance
- Maintain licensing and insurance renewals
- Office management tasks including correspondence and expense reports
- Update inventory records and conduct market research for suppliers
- Monitor stock levels and assist in budgeting and reporting
