Job Description:
- Assist the Chairman/CEO in managing financial budgets and forecasts via daily reports
- Handle procurement processes including RFQ, RFP, purchase orders, and invoice verification
- Research vendors to ensure best pricing and quality
- Prepare reports for Marriott, insurance companies, and government agencies
- Respond to finance queries regarding invoices, orders, deliveries, and transactions
- Manage government grants and ensure compliance
- Maintain licensing and insurance renewals for all entities
- Office management tasks including correspondence and expense reconciliation
- Update inventory records, conduct market research, monitor stock levels, and assist in budgeting and reporting
