Job Description:

  • Assist the Chairman/CEO in managing financial budgets and forecasts via daily reports
  • Handle procurement processes including RFQ, RFP, purchase orders, and invoice verification
  • Research vendors to ensure best pricing and quality
  • Prepare reports for Marriott, insurance companies, and government agencies
  • Respond to finance queries regarding invoices, orders, deliveries, and transactions
  • Manage government grants and ensure compliance
  • Maintain licensing and insurance renewals for all entities
  • Office management tasks including correspondence and expense reconciliation
  • Update inventory records, conduct market research, monitor stock levels, and assist in budgeting and reporting
