Job Description:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for commercial vehicles, including market analysis, forecasting, and competitive positioning.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals, while fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including fleet buyers, logistics companies, and corporate customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding into new markets and segments, and securing contracts with key commercial clients.
• Maintain deep product knowledge of the company’s commercial vehicle offerings and stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor products to effectively communicate value to customers.
• Manage pricing, quotations, and contract negotiations to ensure profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
• Work closely with various departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals and ensure smooth execution of sales contracts and vehicle delivery.
• Prepare sales performance, generate reports weekly on sales metrics, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Oversee payment-related issues, including account arrears and overdue payments.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder, with at least 5 years’ experience in managing sales teams in automotive trade.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies.
• Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Possess Class 3 driving license.
