Salary and Benefits:

• Basic Up to $3000 + VB
• Gul Circle
• Working hours: Mon - Thurs, 8am - 5:30pm; Fri, 8am - 4:30pm

• Provide daily support to the Head of Operations and Head of Operations Administration in managing tasks within the Operations Department.
• Collaborate with the Operations and Sales & Marketing Departments on project execution, including handling customer purchase orders, generating delivery and return forms, coordinating equipment testing and maintenance, and addressing customer inquiries promptly.
• Prepare and issue tax invoices, progress claims, and statements of account to customers, follow up on receivables, and finalize accounts for completed projects.
• Coordinate with vendors to support project execution, verify invoices against work completed, and submit for payment processing in a timely manner.

• Minimum Diploma qualification
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and general administrative tasks
• Familiarity with construction industry processes is advantageous
