We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with solid knowledge and experience on crafting and implementing AI/ML Products and Solutions, to accelerate incubation and delivery of new AI/ML based media and business capabilities.

You will collaborate with both Internal & External stakeholders to manage the full lifecycle of adopting and/or building AI/ML technologies to optimise productivity and efficiency and provide great customer experience, across all our digital Products and Solutions.

1. Partner and collaborate with Internal department leaders and stakeholders to define and deliver valuable AI/ML Products & Solutions
2. Collaborate and manage External services providers to design and scope out AI/ML solutions to address internal challenges and business needs
3. Drive technical discussions and scoping meetings to establish key features, milestones, and deliverables.
4. Developing implementation plans for taking projects from a conceptual phase to full implementation
5. Providing direct technical expertise for AI/ML related opportunities
6. Leverage knowledge and experience to solve cross-organizational issues and remove blockers.
7. Drive excellence in Program Management fundamentals through mentoring, sharing, and improving internal workflows.

1. Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
2. 5+ years directly involved with software delivery and/or technical implementation
3. 3+ years of working and implementing AI/ML Products and solutions
4. Experience working on Generative AI projects is a strong plus
5. Technical depth in shaping and designing AI/ML architectures and infrastructure
6. Strong knowledge and experience with Cloud Infrastructures
7. Experience with Lean/Agile/Scrum methodologies, tools and practices
8. Ability to distil information and communicate directly with stakeholders
9. Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented team.
10. Experience working in Media & Entertainment industry is a strong plus
11. Aptitude of working on multiple projects in parallel
