What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and manage projects across the full transformation lifecycle—from diagnostic to delivery

• Facilitate client workshops to scope, design, and implement technology solutions

• Drive service delivery across digital operations, platform implementations, and integrations

• Apply analytical techniques to assess current-state operations and design future-state models

• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the delivery lifecycle

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience incapital markets technology, including front, middle, and back office operations

• Strong background inproject management,business analysis, andstakeholder engagement

• Experience withplatform implementations,digital transformation, orregulatory compliance

• Familiarity withworkflow tools,RPA (e.g. Blue Prism, UI Path), andAI-driven solutionsis a plus

• Skilled inprocess mapping,strategy development, andrequirements gathering

• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to lead client-facing engagements
