A top-tier global consulting firm seeks a Business Analyst / Project Manager for their Capital Markets Technology Transformation practice in Singapore. This role involves leading strategic projects that enhance the functioning of investment banks. Candidates should possess a strong background in capital markets technology and project management, alongside excellent analytical and communication skills. Lead and manage projects across the full transformation lifecycle—from diagnostic to delivery
Facilitate client workshops to scope, design, and implement technology solutions
Drive service delivery across digital operations, platform implementations, and integrations
Apply analytical techniques to assess current-state operations and design future-state models
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the delivery lifecycle
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
Proven experience incapital markets technology, including front, middle, and back office operations
Strong background inproject management,business analysis, andstakeholder engagement
Experience withplatform implementations,digital transformation, orregulatory compliance
Familiarity withworkflow tools,RPA (e.g. Blue Prism, UI Path), andAI-driven solutionsis a plus
Skilled inprocess mapping,strategy development, andrequirements gathering
Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to lead client-facing engagements
Work with tier-one investment banks on high-visibility transformation initiatives
Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary, innovative team
