About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and dependable Compliance & Secretariat Executive to ensure our organisation remains aligned with regulatory standards, audit readiness, and best governance practices. Key Responsibilities

1. Compliance & Governance

  • Develop and maintain compliance frameworks aligned with the Code of Governance, PDPA, and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify gaps and implement control measures.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of compliance records.
  • Conduct staff training and awareness sessions to foster a culture of accountability and compliance.

2.Secretariat Support

  • Prepare and maintain accurate minutes for Board and Management Committee meetings.
  • Support governance documentation, reporting, and internal communications.

3.Organisational Integrity

  • Coordinate initiatives that promote ethical practices and uphold Metta’s core values.
  • Provide administrative and project support to the Manager as needed.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in compliance, audit, governance, or administrative roles
  • Familiarity with regulatory environments and audit processes
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office and Office 365 tools
  • Meticulous, organised, and analytical with excellent time management skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Committed to professionalism, confidentiality, and high ethical standards
