Position: ANAPLAN Solution Architect
Unison Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a talented and experienced ANAPLAN Solution Architect to join our team. As an ANAPLAN Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ANAPLAN solutions that meet our clients’ needs for planning, forecasting, and budgeting. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and maximum utilization of the ANAPLAN platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ANAPLAN models that support enterprise-wide planning processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into effective ANAPLAN solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring best practices and standards are maintained.
- Optimize and enhance existing ANAPLAN models for performance and scalability.
- Conduct training and provide support to end-users, ensuring seamless adoption of the ANAPLAN platform.
- Stay updated on ANAPLAN features, capabilities, and industry best practices to continually improve solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to help clients understand the benefits of ANAPLAN and its applications.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and IT to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Monitor and evaluate system performance, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an ANAPLAN Solution Architect or a similar role with a strong understanding of ANAPLAN functionalities.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning, analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in ANAPLAN model building, including modules, dashboards, and calculations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in implementing best practices for data governance and lifecycle in ANAPLAN.
- Familiarity with integrating ANAPLAN with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- ANAPLAN certifications (e.g., ANAPLAN Model Builder, ANAPLAN Solutions Architect) are a plus.
