Binance is seeking a Senior Product Manager focused on User Experience (UX) to refine and optimize user journeys across its Web3 product ecosystem. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep UX sensitivity, analytical mindset, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills. Web3 and FinTech experience is strongly preferred.

• Journey Optimization
• Map, analyze, and refine end-to-end user flows to identify friction points and create seamless, user-centric experiences.
• User Insights
• Conduct and leverage user research (e.g., interviews, surveys, analytics) to understand customer needs and behaviors, turning insights into actionable improvements.
• UX Execution
• Drive UX feature development with attention to detail, ensuring intuitive design and logical interfaces across platforms.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with design, engineering, and business teams to execute and iterate on UX strategies and features.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making
• Use analytics, performance metrics, and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and continuously improve the user experience.
• Trend Awareness
• Monitor and propose cutting-edge solutions based on current trends in financial services, Web3 applications, DeFi, wallets, and NFTs.

• Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Experience
• 5+ years in product management with a strong focus on UX/interaction design.
• Experience in Web3, DeFi, wallets, or FinTech (e.g., payments, digital banking) is highly advantageous.
• Deep UX intuition with strong logical problem-solving.
• Highly detail-oriented; ability to identify and fix even minor UX issues.
• Proficiency with UX design tools (e.g., Figma) and product analytics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with agile product development is a plus.
