A leading property management company in Singapore is looking for an individual to assist in the daily operations and management of their building. This role focuses on lease management, tenant satisfaction, and overseeing operational compliance. Key responsibilities include budget preparation, financial administration, and liaising with various stakeholders to ensure high service standards. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and experience in property management.
To assist immediate superior in the day-to-day operations of the site, to support lease and tenancy management and to ensure that the client is provided with a high standard of service at all times. Undertakes any other duties as assigned by the Management/Immediate Superior.
Manage tenant liaison and satisfaction emphasis on tenant retention.
Building day-to-day management including operations, engineering and compliance matters.
Lease administration and management.
Advertising and Promotion for the Building
Manage budget preparation and delivery.
Manage budget forecasting.
Finance administration, billing and collection or rentals.
Accuracy of tenancy schedule.
Calculation of GTO for billing.
Tenancy fit-out co-ordination.
Capital expenditure implementation, tendering and management.
Monthly and annual account reporting.
Building services contract administration and procurement.
Manage repairs and maintenance.
Liaise/manage/communicate with legal, town planners, surveyors, project managers, tax and accounting advisers.
