• Lead the planning, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of business application systems, including SAP and ETRM.
• Collaborate with users to gather requirements and recommend IT solutions that drive efficiency and positive change in business processes.
• Provide user support and handle IT inquiries and requests from staff.
• Manage IT assets, including procurement, setup, inventory, and disposal of hardware and software.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
• Support IT matters for group companies and subsidiaries in the APAC region.
• Assist in budget management and contribute to the planning and development of effective IT systems for improved processes.
