Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead the planning and implementation of business application systems for their APAC operations. The role requires a diploma in Computer Science or IT and at least 5 years of experience managing IT applications. You will collaborate with users to optimize processes and provide end-user support. Strong knowledge of SAP and ETRM is essential. This is a full-time position with responsibilities spanning across IT asset management and vendor coordination.

• Collaborate with users to identify requirements and propose IT solutions that optimize business processes and operational efficiency.
• Provide end-user support and respond to IT-related inquiries and requests.
• Manage IT assets, including procurement, setup, inventory, and disposal of hardware and software.
• Coordinate and supervise IT vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.
• Support IT-related matters for group companies and subsidiaries in the APAC region.
• Assist in budget management and planning for effective IT systems development.
• Continuously develop IT skills and knowledge to stay updated with industry trends.

Requirements
