Overview

• Working hour: 8:30am – 5:30pm (Monday – Friday)

• Company located at Woodlands

• Well established Industrial Automation Company

Job Scope

• Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and enter data into the MRP/SAP system.
• Follow up with vendors to expedite delivery and update ETA.
• Raise and coordinate purchase of materials, arrange shipments, and process cash requests.
• Liaise with Mandarin/dialect-speaking vendors and build strong supplier relationships.
• Work closely with engineers and store planners to meet production needs.
• Prioritize fixture orders but also handle other P/Os like CW, SP, MO, etc.
• Source alternative components when required to prevent production delays.

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Business / Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• 1 – 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement role
• Possess Knowledge of POs, inventory management, or SAP system will be advantageous
