Job description

We are looking for a Project Manager in Singapore to lead and ensure the success of large‑scale project initiatives.

What you will do

• Full Ownership and responsibility of the success of the project.
• Identifying variation orders, such as identifying and interpreting the customer change request.
• Project progress tracking and reporting to customers and management in a timely manner, including submittal/approval, cost, schedule, manpower, procurement and quality issue updates.
• Cost control, monitoring, forecasting and ensuring delivery of financial commitments, cost, revenue, invoice to meet company forecast of sales.
• Attending customer meetings, following up on customer inquiries, requests and concerns, providing prompt and positive feedback with solutions and planning work schedule for the project under responsibility.
• Supporting and leading project engineers in large/complex project situations.
• On‑time project review with the Project Leader.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role

• Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering or related degree.
• 5‑7 years of project management experience in system integration and building management system or ACMV system.
• Innovative and passionate about energy efficiency and building management.
• Pro‑active and self‑motivated team player.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good presenter and able to communicate fluently with customers.
• Able to work independently.
• Exposure to project execution in Singapore.
• PMI certification preferred.
