A financial advisory firm in Singapore is looking for a Service Executive to manage an outsourced accounting portfolio. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing payroll, and handling taxation for various clients. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and have at least three years of relevant experience, along with proficiency in both English and Mandarin. A detailed-oriented approach and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Service Executive.
- Minimum 2 years' taxation experience.
- Experience in preparing income tax returns.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin required.
Responsabilités
- Handle outsourced accounting portfolio for 30 to 40 clients.
- Prepare accounting records and financial statements.
- Manage client payroll and CPF filing for up to 10 clients.
- Handle GST quarterly submissions and computations.
- Manage client income tax submissions for up to 40 clients.

The Candidate is expected to undertake the following roles and responsibilities :
- To handle outsourced accounting portfolio of between 30 to 40 clients , which includes preparing of accounting records, drafting of entity level / consolidated financial statements in accordance and compliance with Financial Reporting Standards (FRSs), and other ad hoc matters associated with outsourcing accounting functions
- To handle client payroll submission and CPF filing, including preparation of IR8A records up to 10 clients
- To handle client GST quarterly submission and computation for up to 10 clients
- To handle client income tax submission and computation for up to 30 to 40 client
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Service Executive
- Minimum 2 year's taxation experience
- Experience preparing income tax returns
- Proficient in accounting and tax
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Independent and detailed oriented
- Our cliente includes local and PRC-based clients, so proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required.
