Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive who will support the Managing Director in a wide range of HR and administrative functions. This role will be responsible for recruitment support, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, HR system administration, and coordination with global HR teams.
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Recruitment & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Support the full recruitment cycle including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and offer coordination.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including contract issuance, employee orientation, and exit procedures.
- Handle company asset allocation and return during onboarding/offboarding.
- Maintain organized and accurate employee files and HR documentation.
- 2. HR Operations & Employee Support
- Provide front-line HR support to employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and general queries.
- Counsel employees and support managers on work-related issues or concerns.
- Foster a positive, employee-oriented culture focused on quality, improvement, and engagement.
- 3. HR Systems & Performance Management
- Manage the company’s HR cloud system and ensure accurate, up-to-date employee information.
- Create and manage performance evaluation cycles within the HR system.
- Communicate guidelines for goal-setting, performance expectations, and timelines.
- Assist in refining performance management processes to align with HQ standards.
- 4. Compensation, Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Support payroll processing, including salary, incentive, and overtime calculations.
- Administer compensation-related programs such as ncentives, reward points, and other HR benefits.
- Assist with salary adjustments and benefits updates.
- 5. HR Policy & Compliance
- Review, maintain, and update HR policies to ensure alignment with local labor laws and HQ global HR guidelines.
- Support the development and revision of company HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with HR, payroll, and administrative regulations.
- 6. Global HR Collaboration
- Act as a liaison with HQ Global HR teams.
- Support execution of global HR initiatives and ensure consistency in local practices.
- 7. General Administration
- Assist with general HR and administrative ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Managing Director.
Qualifications and Skills
- Min A Levels/Diploma/Degree holders in HR/Business (or equivalent)
- Preferred1 – 3 years of HR Generalist/Admin experience
- Strong aptitude to learn and pick up new skills
- High level of initiative and mindset of continuous improvement
- A strong ability to understand complex requirements and able to clearly communicate with employees and managers
- Ability to prioritize own workload and must be detail oriented
- Strong intercultural skills, organization skills, and written & verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR cloud(e.g. Zoho People)
- Language: Korean(Native level), English(Business level)
- Work Permit can be supported
