Job summary

A human resources firm in Singapore is seeking a Human Resources Officer who will be responsible for managing HR policies, recruitment processes, payroll, and compliance with statutory regulations. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration and have at least 3 years of relevant experience.   • Handle monthly payroll processing and annual tax filing.

Job description
Responsibilities

Update Human Resource policies and related rules and regulations

Support in planning and execution of performance and talent management and succession planning

Handle recruitment and selection process which include sourcing, screening, interviewing, providing candidate profiles to hiring managers and conducting reference checks

Prepare employment contracts, letters and correspondences as required

Perform accurate and timely input of employee data into the Human Resource database

Handle work pass administration, surveys, insurance, benefits and leave administration

Handle monthly payroll processing, claims filing, annual tax filing and reconciliation of payroll runs and reporting

Ensure compliance of regulations with CPF, IRAS, MOM, WDA and other relevant agencies

Ensure proper documentation, filing and personal file records maintenance for record retention

Manage staff training (liaise with training providers / documentation preparation / allocation / budget / training plan and record / analysis)

Conduct staff orientation

Perform other ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience>
  • Good team player who is meticulous, resourceful, analytical, initiative and self-driven
  • Possess good knowledge of statutory requirements
  • Possess good communication, interpersonal, presentation, planning and organizing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications & Timesoft payroll system
