Job summary

A leading global information services company in Singapore is seeking an experienced payroll professional to manage complex payroll operations across the APAC region. With a strong focus on compliance and leadership, this role requires at least 8 years of progressive payroll experience and proficiency in Mandarin. The successful candidate will be integral to enhancing process improvements and vendor management, as well as mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive payroll experience required.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills expected.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll processes across multiple APAC countries.
  • Ensure compliance with regional employment laws and payroll regulations.
  • Oversee regional payroll vendors and maintain partnerships.
  • Prepare monthly reports and analytics from payroll data.
  • Mentor junior payroll consultants and lead team during absences.
