Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Executive to handle day-to-day HR operations and support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, processing payroll, administering benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. This role also involves planning staff events such as the company’s annual dinner. This position reports directly to the Head of HR. Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and handling administrative matters.
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labor regulations.
  • Maintain HR policies, processes, and systems to ensure organizational efficiency.
  • Assist in preparing all HR documentation.
  • Responsible for work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
  • Involve in the implementation of new HR initiatives and policies
  • Lead end-to-end planning of the company’s annual dinner and other staff events or initiatives.
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Polytechnic Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or any related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in HR-related fields.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite with expertise in Excel and Google Workspace.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and Singapore labour laws.
  • Proven experience in payroll processing.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in both Chinese & English.
  • Prior experience in using HReasily would be an advantage.
