Job summary
A logistics company based in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage and lead operations. Responsibilities include managing manpower, sourcing and interviewing candidates, guiding new employees, and ensuring compliance with directives. The ideal candidate must have a Class 3 driving license, at least 2 years of management experience, and a Degree certificate to qualify for this role.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the manpower for company operations.
- Source and interview candidates.
- Teach and guide new employees.
- Manage employee salaries.
- Ensure compliance with director's decisions.
- Ensure efficient company operations.
- Identify new sales and business opportunities.
- Manage vehicle maintenance and repairs.
