About the Role

We are looking for a hands‑on and experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage the daily operations of our private ambulance service. You will oversee field deployment of medics and paramedics, ensuring efficient response, operational excellence, and high standards of patient care.

You will play a key role in resource planning, performance monitoring, and ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage day‑to‑day ambulance operations, including manpower scheduling, dispatching, and on‑ground coordination.
  • Oversee fleet readiness, medical equipment, safety and operational logistics.
  • Supervise a team of medics, paramedics, and operations staff; provide coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure all activities comply with medical, safety and regulatory standards, including company operational protocols.
  • Monitor operational KPIs (response time, case completion, incident reporting) and implement process improvements.
  • Liaise with clients, event organisers, hospitals, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Drive operational readiness for tenders, events, and contract renewals.
  • Collaborate with management on budgeting, cost control, and resource optimization.
  • Be on standby for urgent operational matters or incidents requiring escalation.

  • Minimum 3–7 years of experience in operations within ambulance, emergency response, or healthcare environments.
  • Experience managing teams in high‑pressure or time‑critical operations.
