A leading consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage digital and cashless payment operations. The role involves enhancing operational efficiency, overseeing daily transactions, and acting as the Compliance Officer for PSA license matters. Candidates should have at least 6 years’ experience in digital payment operations and a relevant educational background. Manage and enhance digital and cashless payment operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and prevent revenue leakage.
Oversee daily operations, including transaction reconciliation, settlement updates, and month-end financial closing.
Act as the company’s Compliance Officer for PSA license matters with MAS, ensuring cross-departmental alignment and regulatory compliance.
Monitor and report cashless payment performance and data as part of management reporting.
Handle customer payment issues, including short payments, disputes, and chargebacks, coordinating with internal teams for resolution.
Lead and support the cashless payment operations team to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
At least 6 years’ experience in digital or cashless payment operations; prior team management and coaching experience preferred.
Familiarity with PSA license application and compliance processes is an advantage.
Proficient in SAP or similar financial systems.
