Job description

Responsibilities

1. Overall operation to have in-depth knowledge of product formulation and process flow.
2. Ensure daily operations is smooth and efficient.
3. Having a keen eye on budgets and budgetary changes.
4. Communicating changes in agreements and terms to relevant parties.
5. Supporting the Director in team’s vision and process ideals.
6. Export market expansion project.
7. Ensuring staff working on processes are happy and operating efficiently.
8. Support our ad-hoc strategic initiatives such as partnerships, events or any other cross-functional projects.

Skills

1. Active participation in strategic planning process involving setting of objectives, refining processes and development of business growth strategies.
2. Ability to lead teams to work together to achieve desired outcomes.
3. Project management skills in deployment of resources to meet tight deadlines.
